Walk On Air
In 2012 the Air Max 90 turned twenty: It was the second shoe with visible air capsules in the sole. Its function as a sports shoe also serves various music and art scene as a source of inspiration. This universality turned the shoe into a symbol of openness and tolerance for collectors within only a few years. To dignify the AM90 on its anniversay I created the slogan "WALK ON AIR". For my bachelor thesis I designed three exemplary guerilla and art activities for the public space and created a collector's booklet. Thus, the public becomes curious by the actions on the 'AM90 feeling' and experiences it symbolically, while the collector is contacted directly and will be rewarded for the purchase: Anyone who follows the prompt "WALK ON AIR" will receive a brochure when purchasing a Jubilee model.
